We have a large contract, training over 6,000 CA officers in 152 locations across the United States each month. Our previous vendor unexpectedly closed its doors in January of 2010, we conducted a nationwide search for a company with the ability and resources to help us get our contract back on track. Knowledge Anywhere supported our organization when we were going through a pretty dramatic change. We used to have a direct salesforce which we could train, motivate and work with in the field, but we changed our business model from working with a direct salesforce to working with our distribution partners around the world. We found ourselves having to train, motivate and communicate with over 600 dealer reps from around the world which is a bit more challenging for a small company like Biotix. Working with Knowledge Anywhere, one of the best things I appreciated was that they helped us build our value proposition, they helped us organize for the new intellectual properties we have, and they did this all online and very interactively. All the technical information was presented so that it was engaging to the dealer reps. With the reps that were online, taking these courses and tests routinely, it correlated to their sales activity on a daily basis. Knowledge Anywhere did a great job for us as a small company that was growing. It was invaluable, it was inexpensive, was cost effective and it was done in a very professional manner. Often times, we have things that need to go out quickly, and when I ask for things to be rushed, Knowledge Anywhere is quick to try and help and make sure that things are done quickly so that I meet my deadline. Knowledge Anywhere took our vision of having an online learning center and ran with it. Today we have 2 we-based training programs in 7 different languages. What I particularly liked about Knowledge Anywhere was their expertise in the field. They really know what they are doing. We basically handed over our materials which came in the form of catalogs, cut sheets, cheat sheets, spreadsheets, PDFs, graphics and CDs. They created a timeline and stuck to it. Sometimes, they had to prod me a little so my lack of responsiveness would not affect the timeline. At the end of the project, I came out looking like a star thanks to the staff at Knowledge Anywhere.
